Your request will be processed as requested and the fault will be rectified by the professional on site, as quickly as possible. For this purpose, PALUX provides an extremely dense network of service engineers and partners, who will not leave you in the lurch after you have made your purchase. However, in order to avoid breakdowns as far as possible in the future and in order to anticipate likely catering costs we have also developed a programme of service agreements adapted to your specific problems, in addition to the spot service. This programme includes, amongst other things, preventive maintenance.
